Plan With Me | Fitness & Meal Plan | May 6-12

Hello! I hope you all are having a fabulous week. This week I am coming to you with a plan with me video. I used to be pretty obsessed with watching these types of videos for inspiration on how to decorate my Happy Planner. I've had a Happy Planner for the last couple of years now and I absolutely love it. Planning helps to keep me focused on the shit that I need to get done! When I don't plan I definitely notice a difference! :( Laundry gets piled up, chores are missed and I am not as productive.

Benefits of a planner:

  • You get more shit done!

  • You are more likely to stick to your goals!

  • You manage your time better

  • You have a place to brain dump

  • It helps to keep you organized

  • It is great for tracking habits

  • It is a place to meal plan
